We're looking for a QA Engineer to help shape the future of our AI-driven RegTech products - someone with the technical depth, curiosity, and precision to build a world-class QA function from the ground up.

The Role

You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and our AI team to define what "quality" means for a RegTech product where failure isn't an option. In the early stages, you'll be hands-on, testing new features, refining acceptance criteria, and setting up automation pipelines. Over time, you'll build the QA discipline: process, tooling, metrics, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement Cosegic's overall QA strategy. Build automated and manual testing processes from scratch. Choose and configure testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, or similar). Develop test plans and suites for our web and API-based platform. Work with engineering to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines. Champion reliability and quality across the company, from planning to release. Lead user acceptance and regression testing for our AI automation and risk tools. Mentor developers on test best practices and improve how we think about release confidence.

Key Skills & Experience

4+ years of QA or test automation experience, ideally with SaaS or data-heavy products. Strong grounding in testing methodologies (manual, automated, regression, performance). Hands-on experience with modern frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.). Understanding of CI/CD and version control workflows. Strategic mindset, able to design and evolve a QA function from zero. Exceptional attention to detail and bias for reliability over flash.

This is a full-time, permanent role worked Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis. There's flexibility to work fully remotely if preferred, with occasional office attendance when required by the business.
