In line with our exciting growth within Aseptic Services, we have recently built a state-of-the-art dedicated aseptic manufacturing facility. We are currently looking for a motivated

QA Manager

to join our dynamic Aseptic Services team, where we manufacture life-saving cancer drugs.


As a

QA Manager

your key responsibilities will include:


Drive and manage PQS productivity across all departments and ensure the compliance of the Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) against Good Practices (GxP) (including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP)) and MHRA Regulations. Strictly follow, promote, and enforce relevant procedural documents and QPL and group policies and procedures. Engage and support colleagues, as required, in the maintenance and progression of the PQS Establishing and maintaining effective communication and escalation processes to address quality issues promptly Monitor compliance with GxP requirements across all areas of the business Ensure there is regular QA presence in all GxP areas Manage Quality Assurance personnel Manage the initial and ongoing training of department personnel

What we are looking for:




Previous experience in a Senior Quality role within the pharmaceutical industry Experience of managing a team of Quality personnel Strong, up to date knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Distribution Practice, MHRA guidance Practical application of Quality Risk Management and Data Integrity Principles Experience of working in sterile manufacture in accordance with EU GMP Annex 1 Knowledge and experience in Quality improvement tools, techniques and methods. Strong planning, organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to make decisions, solve problems, negotiate, influence, and communicate effectively with others at all levels Knowledge of or experience in coaching and mentoring practices and tools Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software
