50,000 - 55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

We're looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead the rollout of a new Business Management System, embedding ISO and BIM-aligned practices across our high-profile projects. This is your chance to take ownership, shape strategy, and influence project delivery across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Champion QA standards across departments and construction sites Conduct and lead site & internal audits, embedding best practice Create and manage project-specific ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) Train and develop internal teams in QA workflows and digital tools Drive snag-free delivery, H&S compliance, and environmental goals Influence long-term strategy in collaboration with the board

? What You'll Bring

Proven QA/QC experience in construction, M&E or building services Strong understanding of BIM, ITPs, RAMS, and ISO-aligned processes Excellent communicator and trainer--able to engage site and office teams Proactive, adaptable, and outcome-driven
