The Company


Operating for over 80 years from within West Yorkshire, Victor Manufacturing Ltd are a long established, family owned and operated, manufacturer of catering equipment & servery counters supplying a number of prestigious clients both nationally and internationally.

The Role


Victor Manufacturing are seeking an experienced and career driven individual to manage the Quality Assurance, Product testing and compliance across our dynamic, growing and fast paced manufacturing company.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:



Monitoring, developing and implementing robust quality processes and procedures across the company in line with regulatory and statutory standards. Monitoring and analysing quality control data and service delivery to identify customer satisfaction, trends and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Managing the companies ISO9001 Quality Management system and taking the lead on internal and external quality audits, non-conformance reviews and corrective action processes. Implementing and Managing the companies IS014001 Environmental standard Carrying out root cause analysis and working closely with departmental managers to identify performance gaps, training requirements and ensure training interventions, upskilling and quality planning are seemingly integrated. Managing and training a small team of quality inspectors to accurately and efficiently carry out final inspection testing on all Victor Manufacturing Products (Aesthetics, refrigeration and electrical). Taking the lead on product testing - including existing and protype. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards, encouraging accountability and proactive problem solving. Leading weekly and monthly quality and warranty meetings with multiple departmental leads. Creating, managing and reviewing all quality related documentations including but not limited to processes, procedures testing and standards Monitoring and organising the distribution and calibration of all required measuring and testing equipment

The Candidate


The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and collaborator, with outstanding attention to detail and a desire to make continuous improvements across all areas of Quality and Product testing / compliance. In addition, the successful candidate must also be flexible, reliable and highly organized.

Management experience -

Knowledge and experience of working to ISO9001 Quality standards -

Experience in a manufacturing environment -

Essential


Experience with refrigerated and heated catering equipment -

Desirable



Hours of Work:


7:30am to 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
7:30am to 3:00pm (Friday)

(Standard hours = 39 hours per week)
