Conduct QA risk assessments, track KPIs, analyse trends and implement risk-based actions to uphold food safety and quality. Drive continuous improvement and a "right-first-time" culture, using data to reduce non-conformances and support cross-departmental collaboration. Monitor QA performance metrics, report to site leadership and ensure timely corrective actions to enhance quality outcomes.
