About the Role:

This position is based in our production areas as part of the quality team. the main responsibility is to supervise the factory QA team and co-ordinate QA schedules. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within the wider team and have good time management skills and prioritising tasks.

Working hours:

Monday - Thursday: 06:30am-16:30pm (includes 30 minutes paid lunch break).

Friday: 06:30am-15:00pm (includes 30 minutes paid lunch break).

Hours may be variable dependent on business needs.

Role & Responsibilities:

Report directly into QA Manager and responsible for day-to-day management and training of the factory QA's. Presence in the manufacturing areas to ensure procedures always followed. Responsible for ordering all QA consumables e.g. swabs, air plates. Responsible for ensuring the environmental testing schedule is completed alongside compliance QA. Responsible for ensuring the ATP swabbing schedule is completed alongside compliance QA. Printing of production paperwork and issue to relevant areas. Daily production paperwork audit. Completion of technical audits including GMP, fabrication, glass and plastic. Organise the quarantine / placing on hold of non-conforming product where required. Raise NCF's / Concession request to QA Manager. Support QA Manager with any additional tasks when required. Support site for customer and third-party audits.
