Position Overview:

We are looking for a QA Supervisor working Monday to Friday 10am-6pm. There may be some requirement to work weekends if cover is required.

JOB SUMMARY

You will be expected to:

Identify any issues ahead of them arising, taking appropriate actions and dealing with them as and when required. Take and manage corrective actions - making sure corrective actions completed, recorded and any complex issues are reported to Quality Manager. Check all relevant production paperwork is completed correctly by production staff. Work closely with production team and Area Leads ensuring all QMS practices are followed. Ensure that GMP, Glass and Plastic Audits and Internal audits are completed as per the schedule. Conduct CCP verification and report any non-conformances as per approved processes. Ensure that all environmental monitoring is completed as per the schedule. Also coordinate with the lab to ensure samples are sent in a timely manner. Review of results and ensure that any out of specification results are investigated. Complete quality attribute assessments on finished product standards for all products on site. Complete raw material intake checks to ensure products comply with agreed standards. Support with traceability and mass balance exercises.

You must have:

Relevant experience as QA within food manufacturing. Display a full understanding of a QA requirements. Good communication skills, including the ability to document potential issues clearly and concisely.
