We're looking for a

Quality Assurance (QA) Technician

to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine quality checks across the production process, including grading, packing, and storage, reporting to the QA Manager and Technical Manager. Record data in line with BRCGS, HACCP, and customer specifications. Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions alongside the QA Manager. Liaise with production, technical, and cleaning teams to maintain high standards. Support traceability exercises and product recalls as required. Assist with internal and external audits (BRCGS, customer audits, etc.).

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a food manufacturing or quality assurance role is preferred; however full training will be given. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and record-keeping abilities. Able to work independently and as part of a team. IT literate (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
