QA Technician
to join our team in Elsham, North Lincolnshire.Role Overview:
Supporting the Quality and Hygiene team, the QA Technician ensures compliance through internal audits, documentation management, and support during third-party audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits (Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental). Support third-party audit preparation. Investigate customer complaints and manage returns. Maintain compliance documentation and product safety systems. Assist with onboarding (food safety and site inductions). Handle customer enquiries and questionnaires. Locate retained samples for testing and investigation. Assist with monthly stock takes (1st of each month).
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with ISO9001, BRCGS Packaging Materials, internal auditing, and HACCP (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Position Details:
Full-time, permanent Monday to Friday On-site: Elsham, Brigg, North Lincolnshire
