We have an exciting new opportunity for a Data and Information Analyst to join our team.
Role Summary:
What you'll do:
Carry out product and process quality checks to ensure compliance with customer and food safety standards.
Create Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and complete sensory (organoleptic) shelf-life evaluations.
Perform scale and metal detector checks to guarantee equipment accuracy and safety.
Approve filling equipment for production and support release of finished goods.
Monitor contamination controls, conduct foreign body investigations, and manage quarantined materials.
Register samples for microbiological testing and assist in environmental swabbing.
Audit paperwork, non-conformances, and packaging checks to maintain full traceability.
Actively contribute to HACCP processes, GMP improvement initiatives, and site audits.
Support project work, testing schedules, and equipment maintenance.
Laboratory Testing Equipment Maintenance - ensuring regular calibration, cleaning, and functionality checks of laboratory instruments

Desirable skills:
Experience in a
food manufacturing or QA role

Familiarity with
HACCP, GMP
, and root cause analysis.
Comfortable using QA or lab systems (e.g. LIMS).
Flexible and eager to develop new skills.
