What You'll Do



As a QA Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our drinks meet the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll work across the factory, supporting production and driving improvements that make a real difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a role model for compliance and best practice Escalating any potential risks to food safety or product quality Following SOPs and GMP requirements to keep standards impeccable Maintaining accurate quality records and helping us stay "Always Audit Ready" Carrying out internal audits and inspections Assist and deputise with external audits on site Monitoring microbiological and hygiene standards Releasing finished products in line with internal procedures Investigating customer complaints and contributing to corrective actions Collaborating with teams to resolve issues and improve processes

What We're Looking For



Degree-level education in a science discipline or equivalent experience in a quality team Hands-on experience with microbiological and chemical testing Knowledge of drinks manufacturing (ideal but not essential) Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills Organised, proactive, and results-driven Flexible and positive attitude A genuine interest in compliance and continuous improvement
