Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Main actions & responsibilities:



Understand and implement the principles of GMP under the guidance of the Quality/Regulatory Management team Follow written and verbal instruction, completing delegated tasks in a satisfactory manner Support site QMS and Quality Events - complaints, deviations, change control Assist with Production Quality Control audits Write Product Quality Reviews Quality Control of Goods In Assist with the Technical Department as required Undertake additional training in response to changes in scope of duties performed Deputise and support other QA/QC colleagues as required Liaise effectively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any cross-functional issues May be considered for Qualified Person (QP) training, based on experience, performance, and business requirements

Experience, Skills, Qualifications required:



A science-based qualification is essential Previous experience in a similar role is preferable Effective critical thinking skills and excellent attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The role entails a significant amount of quality related tasks and paperwork related to registered medicines and food supplements Well-developed interpersonal skills. Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships, ensuring effective communication with colleagues A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is well organised with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. Pro-active and able to work on their own initiative and complete agreed tasks effectively Good knowledge of the basic I.T packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Additional Information:



The successful candidate will be subject to the satisfactory completion of a 3-month probationary period to monitor performance, training and skills attained to help assess suitability to perform the role on a permanent basis.
