Job Description



Dani Organics USA - QC Assistant



- Ensure all samples and relevant trackers are up to date. Share relevant information and tracking details with the team. Coordinate with the UK team for sample dispatch. Laboratory work is required as part of this role.

- Ensure all analytical reports are saved accordingly and prepare COA as and when required

- Follow up with the laboratories for samples and analysis

- Coordinate with production team

- Complete all SAQs, Manufacturing questionnaires, Allergen Questionnaires, Client's Product/Raw Material Specifications, Declarations, Delivery Journals, and all other relevant documents

- Manage and maintain samples received from suppliers with relevant information.

- Create new product specifications whenever required and update product specifcations spreadsheet accordingly

- Point of contact (customers/sales team/production/warehouse/admin) for all product and/or quality related information (eg. Crop year, origin, Product specification, CoA etc.)

- Creating and checking the labels for the products

- Preparing and actioning all sample requests (including samples to Laboratory) on time

- Update sample log and ensure all samples receipt are logged

Candidate Requirements:



- Good operating knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is imperative

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to think clearly and analytically, to work towards tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.

- Commitment to excellence and professionalism.

- Handling external certifications and audits

- Manage complains and non-conformances

- Demonstrating flexibility and team skills within the team to ensure consistent service to the client and their customers.

- Answering emails in a professional and friendly manner and dealing with enquiries promptly.

- Open to travel to sourcing locations as well as the US for Trade Shows and Conferences

Key Skills and Competencies:



- Tech-savvy, fast learner, and can think on their feet

- Previous sourcing experience

- Flexible working hours

- Very Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

- Experience in the Herbs & Spice Industry would be an advantage

Salary: 25,000-27500 depending on experience
