Quality Control Technician

to help safeguard the quality, consistency, and safety of every product that leaves our facility.

This role is ideal for someone with a scientific background who enjoys practical lab work, analytical testing, and investigative problem-solving, someone who wants to play a core part in delivering gold-standard quality across multiple production sites.

What You'll Be Doing

Maintain and contribute to the sample library across our production facility. QC Testing all incoming manufacturing materials. Carrying out nicotine titrations and a range of QC analytical methods such as Specific Gravity, Refractive Index and visual inspections. Reviewing documentation such as Certificates of Analysis. Developing and maintaining Riot Labs' internal Certificates of Analysis. Performing analytical testing using GC-MS / GC. Creating test samples to lab standard for comparison against production batches and gold-standard liquids. Owning customer complaint investigations end-to-end, including testing and reporting. Moving between Riot Labs' sites to carry out testing, inspections, and quality checks. Supporting product specification creation and updates. Working closely with Compliance, R&D, and Operations to uphold high product quality and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Background in chemistry, science, or laboratory work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly. Strong critical thinking and an investigative, solutions-focused mindset. Good project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Confident with technology and comfortable working with digital systems and documentation. Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle - this role requires travel between sites.

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
