Job Title - QC Technician
Salary - \xc2\xa326,000+ DOE
Job Type - Permanent, Full Time
Location - Kendal
Russell Taylor Group have an exciting opportunity to join our clients\' specialised nutrition manufacturing company as a Quality Control Technician. This role will involve you working within the Quality Team in order to grade internally produced products and raw materials.
The Role
- Recording and advising on Chemistry and Microbiological testing results.
- Carry out primary production grading.
- Carry out raw material grading.
- Take part in vendor quality notifications and follow through.
- Track bypass rates.
- Write and track quality concessions.
- Conduct environmental clean sign offs.
- Respond to customer complaints.
- Evaluate trending results over time and reporting to the QA Manager.
- Previous experience in a QC role
- Strong computer skills
- A scientific background
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience working within the FMCG/manufacturing industry would be desirable.
