We are looking for a detail-driven QESH (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) Compliance Administrator to help us maintain the highest standards in quality, safety, and compliance.
You'll play a key part in keeping our systems running smoothly -- from supporting audits and compliance checks, to creating newsletters, posters, and reports that help promote a strong safety and quality culture across our business.
What you'll be doing:
Keeping our QESH records, documents, and compliance databases up to date Supporting internal and external audits Recording incidents, non-conformities, and corrective action Preparing QA documentation and client-ready reports Helping deliver training, toolbox talks, and communications Creating newsletters, posters, and updates that engage our teams Contributing to projects that improve how we work
What we're looking for:
Experience in administration (NVQ Level 2 or similar an advantage) Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Organised, detail-focused, and proactive Background in QESH, compliance, or assurance (desirable, not essential) Great communication skills -- written and verbal

Pay:
23,500 - 26,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
