What We're Looking For:

A kind and empathetic approach to childcare, ensuring each child feels valued and understood. A commitment to fostering curiosity and a love for learning through play-based and nature-inspired experiences. A team player who believes in building strong relationships with colleagues, children, and families. A proactive attitude towards creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for all children. A recognised childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent). Relevant experience and/or qualifications related to under 2s. Paediatric first aid level 3

Your Role Will Include:

Providing high-quality care and education to children, meeting their individual needs. Encouraging curiosity and exploration through child-led learning and outdoor experiences. Supporting children's emotional and social development in a safe and loving environment. Building strong relationships with families, fostering trust and collaboration.
