Summary

We are seeking a Childcare Practitioner to join our team at Bluebell Playgroup, located in our main site in Linslade. This role is vital in ensuring that children receive high-quality preschool education, care and support, aligning with our mission to foster a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a safe environment. Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development. Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's individual needs. Maintain a clean and organized space conducive to children's play and learning. Monitor children's progress and report any concerns to management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

Proven experience in childcare or related fields. Sound knowledge of early childhood education principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Creative approach to early years education. Good understanding of the EYFS
