We are looking for a qualified Conveyancer to joint our firm. Salary and hours are negotiable.
Duties
Manage property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and timely.
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transfers.
Conduct searches, prepare contracts, and review legal documents related to property sales and purchases.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies throughout the conveyancing process.
Maintain organised case files and keep all parties informed of progress.
Utilise IT systems efficiently to track case progress, update records, and generate reports.
Manage your workload efficiently by prioritising tasks and adhering to deadlines using strong time management skills.
Provide clear communication and professional advice to clients regarding legal procedures and requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in conveyancing or property law is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Good IT literacy, including familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality of work.
