About the Role





As a Conveyancer you will be managing a range of complex cases with minimal supervision. You will work closely with a Paralegal and the wider team to progress a range of Residential Conveyancing transactions from start to end. You will undertake specialist or technical research and demonstrate effective delegation of administration tasks to Paralegals and Legal Assistants.

About you





In order to be successful, you must be qualified in the area of practice (either as a solicitor, Legal Executive or a Licenced Conveyancer). You must have a robust knowledge of the legal services industry along with experience of case management and managing a portfolio. You will be accountable for organising your own workload which will consist of some high value properties and make independent decisions relating to the area of your responsibility. You will manage a fee earning target to contribute to the fee earning potential for your team you must be able to communicate effectively on every level; you are on the front line of client communications and must be passionate about providing an excellent level of technical advice coupled with unrivalled client service. You will set the example to other staff in the delivery of exceptional client service. To be successful in this role you must be able to work independently and be self motivated, but also work well in a team. You must be able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
