Responsibilities:

Assisting the dentist during dental procedures Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment Taking and developing dental x-rays Providing patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care Maintaining accurate patient records Scheduling and confirming appointments Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and inventory Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Proficiency in using dental software and technology (including MS Office) Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Strong organisational skills Excellent customer service skills

Requirements:

At least one year of practical work experience as a dental nurse A valid GDC registration Availability to work 3 days per week, including Saturdays
