Qualified Dental Nurse - Specialist Orthodontic Practice (Cambridge & Huntingdon)



We are looking for a

Qualified Dental Nurse

to join our friendly and professional team at our Specialist Orthodontic practices in

Cambridge

and

Huntingdon

.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on high-quality patient care, with a particular focus on orthodontic treatment including

fixed appliances

and

Invisalign

.

Location:

Primarily based at our

central Cambridge

practice, with flexibility to travel to

Huntingdon

as needed.

Working hours:

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Evening shifts:

Up to 3 evenings per week (on a rota basis)

Pay rate:

Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Key responsibilities:



Chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures (fixed braces, Invisalign, etc.) Preparing and maintaining clinical environments Infection control and sterilisation procedures Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey Accurate clinical record keeping Supporting administrative tasks when needed

Requirements:



GDC-registered

Qualified Dental Nurse

Experience in orthodontics, including assisting with fixed appliances and Invisalign Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced clinical setting Willingness to travel between Cambridge and Huntingdon practices

Desirable (but not essential):



Dental Radiography qualification

- training can be provided for the right candidate
