Warwick Square Dental Practice in Carlisle is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the dental team in delivering high-quality dental services. This position requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment before and after procedures Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed Provide excellent patient care by addressing concerns and answering questions Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice Manage appointment schedules and assist with patient flow in the clinic Utilise IT systems for record keeping, appointment scheduling, and other administrative duties

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong patient care skills with a focus on delivering excellent service Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues Demonstrated nursing skills, particularly in a dental or clinical setting Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment

Pay: 18,315.00-35,992.19 per year
