Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared to our exacting standards Provide personalised patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure all dental equipment is properly sterilised and maintained according to health regulations Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications to ensure seamless patient experience Collaborate with the dental team to enhance practice outcomes and patient satisfaction Stay updated on new dental technologies and practices, demonstrating willingness to take on multiple roles
Essential Skills

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and colleagues Willingness to learn and develop professionally, with enthusiasm for taking on varied responsibilities IT proficiency for managing patient records, follow up and scheduling systems Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail An excelptionally caring attitude towards patients, demonstrating empathy and discretion in all interactions
