An experienced, qualified Dental Nurse is required for a treatment coordinator role, comprising both Dental Nursing, administration and Receptionist duties, at the Tycoch Dental Centre in Swansea.
The perfect candidate will be a lover of Radio 2 as it is the only radio station we can all agree on, dislike Jeremy Vine, tolerate Absolute Classic or Planet Rock Radio if the boss sneaks it on, love the Muppets (especially the Muppets Christmas Carol), be able to tolerate the boss' 12 jokes, play along with him when he thinks he is a genius and be prepared for an introduction to 1970's children's TV and the occasional foray into the world of heavy metal. Don't worry it isn't as bad as it sounds!
The Tycoch Dental Centre is a small independent private practice in Swansea that provides general Dental Services to individuals and families. We place great emphasis on customer service, patient care and the quality of their Dental Treatment.
To do this we run a two room system, where each team member in the surgery will be responsible for 6 - 10 patients per day depending on the treatments scheduled, giving plenty of time for room and instrument decontamination, admin duties, and the most important aspect: getting to know the patients. This gets rid of the stress of back-to-back appointments in the same room making our day easier and less stressful.
Now for the essential but boring bits!
