Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the dental team and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Duties

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Manage patient records efficiently, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Communicate effectively with patients and team members, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Support the administrative tasks of the practice, including appointment scheduling and managing patient flow. Stay updated on dental technologies and practices to enhance service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; we welcome applications from those eager to learn. Proficiency in IT systems relevant to dental practice management is advantageous. Strong communication skills in English are required to interact effectively with patients and colleagues. A commitment to providing exceptional patient care is essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
