Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilised.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information about their treatment plans and addressing any concerns they may have.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Support patients throughout their visit, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
Perform administrative tasks such as managing inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and improve clinic operations.
