Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality treatments. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times. Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment before procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules efficiently. Provide excellent patient care by addressing any concerns or queries they may have regarding their treatment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice. Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed, including managing inventory and ordering supplies. Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and follow-up care.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication within the team and with patients. IT skills to manage patient records and scheduling software effectively. Excellent communication skills to liaise with patients and colleagues professionally. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
