The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting the dental team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. As a Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting both patients and practitioners, creating a welcoming environment that prioritises patient comfort and care.
Duties
Assist in Implant procedures.
Mentor trainee nurses.
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilised.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with practice protocols.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise patient flow within the practice.
Ensure that the dental surgery is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, oral hygiene instructions, and post-treatment care.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance overall patient experience and improve service delivery.
Ensuring CQC requirements are met/following practice policies and procedures.
Maintaining CPD.

Have excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Basic IT skills for maintaining patient records and using practice management software.
