We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist / Qualified Dental Nurse to join our family-run specialist Dental practice in the heart of Alderley Edge.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for helping others.
The role requirements are:
Understand the importance of teamwork and how to work effectively to support.
Confident in assisting the dental team.
Must be 2 years qualified, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Passionate with high-quality patient care.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized surgery environment.
Follow infection control protocols.
Great customer service with patients and visitors.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental diary.
Handle telephone calls and emails professionally.
Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable upon arrival.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits efficiently.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage data entry tasks using IT systems.
Process patient payments and insurance claims as required.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Assist in managing the reception area to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
Additional
Experience in Sedation IV and IHS (happy to train for the right candidate).
Experience in specialist practice (happy to train for the right candidate).
Salary is dependent on experience.
