We are looking to welcome a trainee dental nurse into our lovely team. We are happy to consider a trainee nurse on apprenticeship or trainee with experience. Further training will be provided.

: TRAINEE DENTAL NURSE WITH EXPERIENCE

Job purpose

Ensure that our patients are looked after during their journey within the practice and undertake all day to day duties to meet necessary requirements.

Job type

Part time : Wednesday Thursday Fridays and a minimum of two Saturdays per month or every Saturday is available if preferred.

Requirements

Experience as a trainee dental nurse will be advantageous, especially with the use of Software of Excellence dental practice management tools.

Day-to-day role

Warmly welcome all patients arriving at the practice

Ensure that the patient journey is managed safely and effectively

Provide chair side support to the dentist

Undertake the necessary day to day nursing duties to ensure the practice is fully compliant
and safe

Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations as required

Keep all clinical areas, clean and tidy

Other duties as necessary for the efficient operation of the practice

Undergo training as may be required to develop your skills and abilities

Attend refresher and CPD training for medical emergencies and CPR

Understand and comply with legislative requirements for Information Governance and Care Quality Commissioning & Safeguarding

Agreed salary will depend on relevant skills and experience.
