About the Role:



As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for patients -- both on reception and in the surgery. You'll play a vital role in shaping the patient experience and making each visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:



Providing professional, calm, and efficient chairside assistance Greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable Handling front-of-house duties: answering calls, booking appointments, managing the diary Maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards Assisting with stock management and ordering Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

What We're Looking For:



A qualified Dental Nurse with excellent communication and people skills Warm, professional, and confident in dealing with patients at all stages of their journey Experience in reception/front-of-house duties (essential) A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Someone who can stay calm under pressure and always puts the patient first
