We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Dental Nurse to join our team. Duties

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide exceptional patient care by ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns or questions patients may have. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and medical histories, using IT systems effectively. Sterilise instruments and maintain cleanliness in the surgery to adhere to health and safety regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote overall dental health. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient scheduling of appointments.

Skills

Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs. Proficient in English, with excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Background in nursing or relevant healthcare experience is preferred. Competent IT skills for managing patient records and using dental software efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
