Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of the dentist's time.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
Assist in managing the waiting area to ensure a comfortable environment for patients.
Skills
Strong patient care focus with the ability to empathise with patients' needs.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
