We are seeking a qualified, dedicated and professional Dental Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities
Welcome patients warmly and manage their appointments efficiently.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding dental services.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Assist with billing and insurance claims processing.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and care.
Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment for patients.
Infection Control within Surgery
Skills
Strong patient care orientation, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs.
Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Background and experience with Dental nursing
Dental Nursing qualification
Basic IT skills for managing appointment systems and electronic health records.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
