Your Role as an Early Years Educator
As a Nara Educator, you'll be at the heart of our purpose--bringing curiosity, compassion, and creativity into the classroom every single day. You will:
Champion the highest standards of early education and care, inspiring young minds through thoughtful planning and meaningful play.
Create and maintain engaging, inclusive learning environments that reflect the needs, interests, and diversity of every child.
Take a leading role as a Key Person, supporting children's development, safeguarding their welfare, and working closely with families.
Uphold and exemplify Nara's values, contributing to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Be a role model in sustainability, ethics, and inclusion, helping us grow not only a successful nursery, but a better future.
Key Responsibilities Include
Delivering an inspirational curriculum across all areas of learning
Planning and documenting individual learning journeys
Leading safeguarding and welfare practices
Supporting children with additional needs alongside our SENCO
Building strong partnerships with parents and professionals
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and nutrition
Driving innovation, CPD, and specialisms within the team
Contributing to our Eco-Schools and sustainability mission
What We're Looking For
We want to hear from ambitious and nurturing educators who are:
Level 2/3 qualified in Early Years (or above)
Passionate about high-quality, child-centred care
Experienced in planning and observing in line with EYFS
Strong communicators with a positive, proactive attitude
Team players who thrive in a collaborative, reflective culture
