We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Nursery Educator to join our dedicated team at Brixworth Day Nursery. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children in our nursery, aged 6 months to 4 years. Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, ensuring a balance between structured learning and free play. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating their achievements to parents or guardians. Follow and implement safeguarding and health and safety policies at all times.
Requirements:

For qualified nursery practitioners: Possess a recognised early childhood education qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent) or relevant teaching qualification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide individualised support to each child.
