We are recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery manager for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join a vibrant team. This role is essential in supporting the development and learning of children in our nursery, ensuring their safety, well-being, and enjoyment during their formative years.

Duties

Create and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure a collaborative approach to education. Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting respect and cooperation among children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Experience

Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential. A relevant qualification in Early Years Education Level 3 (minimum) Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate children. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
