As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of children in our nursery setting, ensuring they thrive both academically and socially.
Duties
Drive the planning and implementation of engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of each child.
Manage daily routines and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's development.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their learning experiences.
Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from all children, promoting their self-esteem and confidence.
Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive approach to early childhood education within the nursery setting.
Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early years education.
Experience
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others within the team.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for working with young children and understanding their developmental needs.
