Hours: 35- 40 hours per week

Full Time Salary: 28,017.60 (40 hour salary)

What We're Looking For:

A relevant Childcare Qualification at Level 2 or above

, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

To work as an educator within one of our rooms with children ages 0-5. To contribute to the development of the nursery setting. To act as a key person to a group of children, building secure relationships with children and families. To be responsible and committed to protecting all children within your care, at all times. To maintain exceptional practice on a day-to-day basis, with a determination to always ensure high-quality teaching and education. To keep up to date with all legislation and changes to national policy. To support the nursery management team in creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment for the children to explore and learn, providing provocations around their interests using 'Planning in the moment.' To deliver The WonderWorks Approach and curriculum. To complete required training, as set out in the induction programme or as set by the nursery management team. To be a flexible member of staff within the nursery day. To ensure statutory guidance and regulations are always followed. To uphold The WonderWorks Values of Community, Courage, and Care.

Please note we are open from 7am-7pm Monday- Friday, 50 weeks of the year.

We are currently recruiting for a number of full time educators across all 0-5 age groups, due to a nursery expansion. Full time roles are 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days per week.
