The Little Lane Nursery Limited is a boutique children's nursery school located in the heart of Stamford, Lincolnshire. Since opening in October 2015, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality daycare for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team at The Little Lane Nursery. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for young children, supporting their development and growth during their formative years.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education. Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3). Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities. A passion for early childhood education and commitment to fostering children's development.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 28.5 - 38 per week
