Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs for children in the nursery
- Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can explore, play, and learn
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and assess children's development, identifying areas for growth and providing appropriate support
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress
- Collaborate with other educators to develop curriculum plans and ensure consistency in teaching practices
- Manage daily routines, including meals, nap times, and outdoor play
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents or accidents that occur
Skills:
-Full and Relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
-Previous experience working with children
-Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire other educators
- Drive to create a positive learning environment for children
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks

Pay: Up to 26,800.00 per year
