Qualified Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
Qualified Early Years Practitioner required for a an established private day nursery which caters for children aged 3months-4 years.
Needs to be qualified to at least Level 2 in Childcare
Full time position over 4 or 5 days. The nursery is open all year round closing for bank holidays & the Christmas period.
To work as part of a team in our small and friendly day nursery close to the town centre of Haverhill
Childcare experience essential.
Position subject to Enhanced DBS check and references
Skills required
Full understanding of the EYFS and child development
excellent professional communication skills
strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
be able to work using own initiative and as part of a team
you must be fun, motivated , patient, caring and reliable
Role will include
working with children to provide high quality care and education
Working as part of a team, liaising with parents
Supporting and Maintaining daily routines
assisting in the development of an attractive and stimulating environment , equipment and activities
to ensure highest standards of safety, welfare and hygiene
Salary dependant on qualifications & experience.
Uniform and company pension provided
