Your Role in Our Story

As one of our Early Years Practitioners, you'll help create a warm and caring environment where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn through play. You'll:

Dream up creative, hands-on activities that spark imagination and curiosity. Support each child's development, following their unique interests and milestones. Build trusting relationships with parents -- sharing smiles, stories, and progress along the way. Work closely with your teammates to make every day special, from muddy adventures to musical mornings. Keep our nursery safe, tidy, and full of joy.

You'll Fit Right In If You Are...

Qualified to

Level 2 or Level 3

in Early Years / Childcare. Warm, caring, and full of energy. A great listener with a big heart and lots of patience. Someone who loves storytelling, messy play, and a good sing-along. Passionate about helping little ones grow, learn, and shine.
