Summary

Join Club 4 Kids childcare as an Early Years/ Nursery Practitioner in the HERNE BAY area. This vital role involves caring for and educating young children, contributing to our mission of fostering growth and learning in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children. Communicate effectively with parents and team members to support children's needs. Support colleagues in daily routines and activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Observe and record children's progress and behavior. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of early childhood education principles. Relevant childcare qualifications are highly desirable. Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development.

Pay: 12.21-12.81 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 19 per week
