About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team, working between 28.5 to 38 hours per week, all year round.
This is a position for covering maternity leave. We would like someone to start straight away and would offer a years contract.
Full-time means working over four days, giving you a guaranteed day off each week to rest and recharge.
You'll work with a dedicated team to help develop and inspire children, introducing new experiences that prepare them for a future full of possibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
A recognised qualification in childcare (Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
A minimum of one year in childcare is preferred, but we are open to applicants with a range of experience.
A genuine love for working with young children, a creative mindset, and a caring approach to supporting their emotional and educational development.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality childcare and support to children in a nursery setting.
Plan and implement engaging early childhood education activities that promote development.
Foster effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a nurturing environment.
