Early Years Teacher
to join our friendly nursery team and make a lasting impact on the lives of our youngest learners. We can tailor this position to the needs of the right candidate. Working term time only or all year round in a dual role.

The Role:
As our Early Years Teacher, you will:
Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment that fosters each child's development
Work closely with parents, carers, and other staff to build strong partnerships and promote positive outcomes
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and using these to inform planning
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our provision and uphold high standards of care and education, leading the learning and supporting staff
Requirements:
A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or EYTS/EYPS)
Proven experience in an early years setting
A sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
