Qualified Finance Manager - London (Hybrid)
We're looking for a technically strong Qualified Finance Manager from a practice-trained background to lead a busy finance function in a fast-growing healthcare, leisure and sport organisation.
This is a hands-on role for a qualified accountant who enjoys owning the detail, improving processes and leading a team.
The role
Lead end-to-end finance operations and monthly management accounts
Own technical areas including VAT, IFRS 16, statutory reporting and audit
Drive budgeting, forecasting and insightful financial analysis
Manage, develop and motivate a team of five
Strengthen controls, streamline processes and support senior leadership
About you
ACA / ACCA qualified, with strong technical accounting knowledge
Practice trained, with 3+ years' experience preparing management/statutory accounts
Confident running audits and dealing with external advisors
Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable with tight deadlines
Clear communicator with proven people management experience
The details
Full-time (40 hours), Monday to Friday
Hybrid working: minimum 2 days per week in a West London office
