Job Description

Wandsworth Gymnastics Club is a growing, inclusive gymnastics club offering high-quality recreational and competitive gymnastics classes for children of all ages and abilities. We pride ourselves on delivering fun, structured, and safe sessions led by passionate, professional coaches.

We are currently seeking

qualified Gymnastics Coaches

who hold recognised coaching certifications with

British Gymnastics

or the

Independent Gymnastics Association (IGA)

to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and deliver engaging, safe, and progressive gymnastics sessions in line with IGA or British Gymnastics coaching standards Supervise and support gymnasts in developing their skills across all apparatus Provide technical feedback, motivation, and positive reinforcement to all participants Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist in preparing gymnasts for internal events, competitions, or displays (where applicable) Communicate professionally with parents, gymnasts, and other team members Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive club environment

Requirements:



Hold a valid coaching qualification with British Gymnastics or IGA

(minimum Level 1; Level 2+ preferred) Valid safeguarding and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children in a coaching or instructional role Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about gymnastics Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lead classes independently and manage small groups confidently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.80-30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
