Are you an experienced Dental Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Qualified Lead Dental Nurse to join our welcoming and professional team!
About the Role:
As our Lead Dental Nurse, you'll oversee a team of nurses, support clinicians in delivering outstanding patient care, and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations. Your leadership and experience will be key to maintaining our high standards of hygiene, compliance, and patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the dental nursing team
Provide chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists
Manage infection control processes and ensure CQC compliance
Assist with staff training, rotas, and mentoring junior nurses
Maintain clinical stock levels and equipment servicing
Requirements:
GDC-registered Dental Nurse
Minimum 1 year experience in dental nursing (leadership experience a plus)
Up-to-date CPD and immunisation records
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
